Rates
The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at approximately £100 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £75. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. To secure a booking our management company require a deposit of 275 dollars payable by credit card. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
